Nomzilla hosts Sushi 101, gets Hot Chicken-y

Some more Nomzilla news, and something of an indication of Tint’s creative approach to sushi: His place also just launched a collaboration with hot chicken-making neighbors Pepperfire, with an appetizer, sushi roll and cocktail all featuring Pepperfire’s signature spice.

The specifics on those Pepper-zilla/Nomfire(?) menu items: the Pepper-Friar cocktail, with rum, simple syrup, lime and Pepperfire spice; the Hot Chicken Roll, with hot chicken, avocado and cucumber; and an outer-spiced seared tuna appetizer. [read more]
