Back in 2010, we opened a humble shack in East Nashville with a mission: honor the origins of Hot Chicken while pushing the boundaries with bold and rebellious twists. We were the first to throw Hot Chicken on a bun and serve up tenders—moves that made purists do a double take, but guess what? Now they're staples all over town.

We’ve been spotlighted nationally on shows like Man Finds Food, Cheap Eats, Food Network's Top 5, Food Paradise, and more. Plus, we’ve made our mark in some killer food mags. Bottom line: we're here to shake things up, and we want you to be part of it.
